DVD Won’t Play

For some reason my interlibrary loan of the movie “Moliere” will not play on my home DVD player. It says something about it not being in the proper ‘area’ for the disk to be played.  How can I view it at home, or would I be able to bring it with me to campus to view it there?     Thank you, Robyn Chenoweth

RESPONSE:

DVDs vary and some are from different regions which will not play in other parts of the world.  We have a multi-region player in Media Services and if it’s compatible with the regions we cover, then we can play it back for you.  Please bring it into Media Services and we will most certainly try to assist you.
