Slow computers

all the computers upstairs go so slow. it’s giving me an ulcer! please fix.
Dear BP
Thanks for letting us know that the 2nd floor computers are not operating well. We will address this situation promptly. We will service the workstations to make sure that the operating system and software are not corrupted and that things are configured properly. These are just about the oldest public workstations in the Library and are scheduled for replacement this summer. In the meantime, we replaced nearly 50 workstations in the Library computer lab, Periodicals and Curriculum Materials in January. These are very fast computers and should meet your needs.
